Preparation
- Beat the schnitzel, season with salt and pepper on both sides, and first coat the schnitzel in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. This creates a nice breading.
- Fry the schnitzel on both sides in hot oil in a pan (or in a deep fryer).
- Roughly chop the capers and mix together with mustard.
- Drizzle the schnitzel with lemon juice, then coat with the caper-mustard sauce and serve.
