Stuffed pork rolls

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 pcs Pork Schnitzel
4 Slices Burgundy Ham
4 Slices Emmental Cheese
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
50 g Flour for dredging
0.25 l Water
63 ml White Wine
1 Cube Soup Cube
2 Tbsp Oil

Preparation

  1. Thinly pound the pork schnitzels, then season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each schnitzel. Roll up the schnitzel tightly and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Dredge the rolls in flour and fry in hot oil on all sides. Remove the meat from the pan, deglaze with water and white wine, season with soup seasoning.
  3. Place the rolls in the sauce and let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Slice the rolls and serve.
