Ingredients for 4 portions
4 | pcs | Pork schnitzel meat |
1 | pcs | purple carrot |
4 | pcs | Oil peppers |
2 | tbsp | hot mustard |
2 | pcs | Onion |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
500 | g | Oyster mushrooms (very small) |
200 | ml | Water |
1 | Cup | Crème Fraiche |
0.5 | pcs | Soup cube |
1 | Pinch | Pepper |
0.5 | tsp | Salt |
Preparation
- Peel and chop the onion. Peel and cut the carrot into small sticks. Wash the mushrooms and pull them apart.
- Pound the meat, season with salt and pepper, spread with mustard, top with carrot strips and oil peppers, and fold together. Secure with a skewer.
- Heat oil in a large pan, add the meat and brown on both sides. Remove from the pan. Sauté the onion in the remaining drippings, add the mushrooms and sauté slightly.
- Add water, add stock cube, return the meat and simmer until tender. Remove the meat from the pan, remove the skewers. Stir in the creme fraiche and adjust seasoning. Place on plates and serve.
