Preparation
- First, beat the egg with the milk in a wide bowl and pound the pork and season generously with salt.
- Next, place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece of meat, then add a pepper in the middle, roll the schnitzel tightly and secure with a roulade needle.
- Coat these rolls in flour, dip in the beaten egg, and roll in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the schnitzel rolls until golden brown on all sides, then let them drain on kitchen paper.
