Spicy Parisian Schnitzel

Ingredients for 2 portions

350 g Veal cutlet meat
1 Pc Eggs
0.5 Tsp Chili salt
0.5 Tsp Thyme
3 Tbsp Flour
3 Tbsp Lard
1 Pinch Salt for tde eggs

Preparation

  1. First, season the schnitzel meat with chili salt. Crack the eggs and beat them with thyme and a little salt.
  2. Then, cover the schnitzels on both sides with flour. Heat the lard in a deep pan. Dip the floured schnitzels in the egg and fry them on both sides in the pan. Drain well on kitchen paper.”
