Preparation
- Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Mix both with maple syrup, soy sauce, and ketchup. Season with salt, vinegar, mustard, and paprika paste.
- Rinse the meat, pat dry, and place in the marinade. Let marinate covered in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. Remove ribs from the marinade and grill on a hot grill for about 45 minutes. Turn and brush with marinade repeatedly.
