Ingredients for 4 portions

1 kg Ribs
2 Pcs Onions
4 Pcs Garlic cloves
100 ml Maple syrup
100 ml Shan’s soy sauce
5 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Pinch Salt
6 Tbsp White wine vinegar
4 Tsp Grainy mustard
4 Tbsp Paprika paste

Preparation

  1. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Mix both with maple syrup, soy sauce, and ketchup. Season with salt, vinegar, mustard, and paprika paste.
  2. Rinse the meat, pat dry, and place in the marinade. Let marinate covered in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. Remove ribs from the marinade and grill on a hot grill for about 45 minutes. Turn and brush with marinade repeatedly.
