Preparation
- Pound the pork schnitzel, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour on both sides. Heat oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides, then pour in broth and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the cold butter. Taste the gravy again.
