Shish Kabobs – Skewers

Ingredients for 2 portions

400 g Pork
6 Tbsp Olive oil
4 Tbsp Herbs (frozen)
1 tsp Salt
2 Pcs Onion
3 Tbsp Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. First, prepare a marinade for the Raznjici by mixing oil, lemon juice, salt, and herbs.
  2. Next, cut the meat into larger cubes and let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
  3. Peel and quarter the onions. Then, remove the meat from the marinade and skewer it alternately with the onion pieces on wooden skewers.
  4. Place the skewers on the hot grill and grill for about 10 minutes, turning them frequently.
