Shashlik skewers

Ingredients for 4 portions

300 g Pork shoulder
4 pcs Liver
250 g Tomatoes
1 pc Cucumber
150 g Bacon
4 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Shashlik spice

Preparation

  1. Rinse the meat and liver, pat dry, and remove the skin from the liver.
  2. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and bacon into pieces or slices.
  3. Place the ingredients on skewers in any order and lightly brush with olive oil.
  4. Grill for about 10 minutes on each side, then brush with oil again and sprinkle a thin layer of shashlik spice over the skewers.
