Ingredients for 4 portions

100 g Smoked pork ribs
1 Bunch Soup vegetables
2 Piece Bay leaf
5 Piece Juniper berries
5 Piece Peppercorns

Preparation

  1. First, peel and roughly chop the soup vegetables for the smoked ribs. Put the ribs in a sufficiently large pot with the vegetables and spices, and cover with water.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the meat of the smoked ribs easily comes off the bones.
