Preparation
- First, clean the bell pepper and cut it into thin strips for the spicy natural schnitzel. Season the meat with salt and fry on both sides in a pan with oil.
- Pour in some water and add the bell pepper strips, simmering until soft. Finally, stir in ketchup and mustard and let it boil briefly.
