Preparation
- Cut pork fillet into small cubes. Prepare a marinade from oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and spices and marinate the pork cubes in it for at least 5 hours, turning them over frequently.
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for 5 hours, skewer the meat and grill it all around on the barbecue.
