Preparation
- For the root meat, place the meat in salt and vinegar water with the spices and cook until almost done.
- Meanwhile, peel and slice the root vegetables into thin strips. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Add everything to the meat and cook until done.
- Slice the meat, sprinkle with root vegetables, and pour some broth over it.
