1 | Glass | Beer |

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Peel and crush the garlic. Mix with caraway, salt, and pepper, and rub the meat with it.
- Grease a large roasting pan with some lard. Place the meat in it, pour in some beer, and let it roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours. Keep adding a little beer regularly.
