Preparation
- Since the surf meat is already seasoned, there is no need to season it further before frying.
- Cut the surf meat into pieces and place it in a fireproof dish.
- Fry at 150 degrees for about 2 hours. Occasionally pour water over it to keep the meat juicy.
- These go well with bread dumplings and cabbage.
