Preparation
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds and roughly chopped pumpkin seeds. Flatten the schnitzels thinly and season well with salt and pepper.
- First coat in flour and then dip in the egg mixed with a little milk. Then coat in the breadcrumb mixture and press the breading firmly. Heat a pan with oil about a finger thick and fry the schnitzels until golden brown.
