Preparation
- Tenderize the meat. Peel and finely dice the onion. In a pan, fry the onion in hot oil together with the meat.
- Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Deglaze the pan with the broth, add salt, pepper, and paprika spice. Dust with flour to create a creamy sauce.
- Add the meat back in and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring water to a boil. Place couscous in a pot and pour the water over it. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the meat with the couscous.
