Pulp with couscous

Ingredients for 4 portions

8 Schb Schweinefleisch
1 Stk Zwiebel
750 ml Gemüsesuppe
200 g Couscous
50 ml Sonnenblumenöl
200 ml Heißes Wasser
1 Prise Salz
1 Prise Pfeffer
1 Prise Paprikapulver
50 g Mehl

Preparation

  1. Tenderize the meat. Peel and finely dice the onion. In a pan, fry the onion in hot oil together with the meat.
  2. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Deglaze the pan with the broth, add salt, pepper, and paprika spice. Dust with flour to create a creamy sauce.
  3. Add the meat back in and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil. Place couscous in a pot and pour the water over it. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the meat with the couscous.
