12 | pcs | tdick slices of pork tenderloin |
200 | g | chicken liver |
200 | g | cleaned mushrooms |
100 | g | oil |
50 | g | smoked bacon |
1 | pcs | onion, finely chopped |
1 | tsp | salt |
1 | pinch | freshly ground pepper |
1 | tsp | sweet paprika powder |
1 | tbsp | chopped parsley |
Preparation
- Season the meat slices with salt and pepper and coat them in flour. Fry them in hot fat until crispy on both sides, then place them on a serving plate and keep warm.
- Drain some of the fat and fry the diced bacon in it. Add chopped onions and sauté briefly. Add the roughly chopped chicken liver and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika and finely chopped parsley, sauté for 2-3 minutes over high heat. Then distribute over the meat slices and serve.
