Pork tenderloin with chicken liver and mushrooms.

Ingredients for 4 portions

12 pcs tdick slices of pork tenderloin
200 g chicken liver
200 g cleaned mushrooms
100 g oil
50 g smoked bacon
1 pcs onion, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 pinch freshly ground pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Season the meat slices with salt and pepper and coat them in flour. Fry them in hot fat until crispy on both sides, then place them on a serving plate and keep warm.
  2. Drain some of the fat and fry the diced bacon in it. Add chopped onions and sauté briefly. Add the roughly chopped chicken liver and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika and finely chopped parsley, sauté for 2-3 minutes over high heat. Then distribute over the meat slices and serve.
