Pork tenderloin with basil cream.

Ingredients for 4 portions

650 g Pork loin roast
40 g Butter
40 g Basil
3 Tbsp Milk
3 Tbsp Olive oil
0.06 l Soup

Preparation

  1. The meat is cut into slices approximately 2.5 cm thick and seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Next, melt the butter in a pan over high heat and fry the meat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  3. Then, wrap the meat in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Put the sheet in a preheated oven at 60°C to keep the meat warm.
  4. Wash the basil, roughly chop it, and blend it finely with milk and olive oil in a tall container using an immersion blender.
  5. Then, stir the puree into the pan drippings, add the broth, and bring to a boil.
  6. Finally, remove the meat from the aluminum foil and serve it on plates with the sauce.
