250 | ml | Beef brotd |
100 | ml | Metaxa |
1 | Tbsp | Crème Fraiche |
200 | ml | Whipping cream |
1 | Tsp | Paprika, sweet |
100 | g | Feta cheese |

Preparation
- Sear the pork fillets in a pan with some oil. Place them in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 120°C circulating air until they are pink inside.
- For the sauce, roast onions in the drippings from the meat, add tomato paste and roast together, deglaze with some broth and Metaxa.
- Mix sour cream with paprika powder, a little flour and water and pour in. Stir and add beef broth. Pour in cream and let everything simmer down. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the pork fillets, crumble feta cheese on top and bake in the oven until the cheese starts to melt.
