2 | tsp | Cafe de Paris seasoning mix |
1 | tsp | Lemon juice |
1 | Pinch | Salt |
3 | tbsp | Clarified butter |

Preparation
- First, cut the meat into slices about two centimeters thick. Drizzle with some lemon juice and sprinkle with the spice mixture and a little salt.
- Then mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan, and whisk the eggs with a fork. Coat the meat pieces first with the breadcrumb mixture, then in the egg, and again in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Now skewer the meat on wooden skewers from the flat side and fry in hot clarified butter on both sides.
