Pork tenderloin Milanese-style.

Ingredients for 4 portions

1 Qty Egg
500 g Pork tenderloin
200 g Gouda cheese
500 ml Olive oil
50 g Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Preparation

  1. First, cut the pork fillet in the middle, unfold it and flatten it completely.
  2. Cut into 4 equal pieces and dust with flour, wait briefly until the meat has absorbed the flour.
  3. Meanwhile, grate Gouda very finely and whisk with an egg, season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
  4. In the meantime, coat the pork fillets in the cheese-egg mixture and fry in the olive oil on both sides for about 2 minutes each.
