Preparation
- First, cut the pork fillet in the middle, unfold it and flatten it completely.
- Cut into 4 equal pieces and dust with flour, wait briefly until the meat has absorbed the flour.
- Meanwhile, grate Gouda very finely and whisk with an egg, season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
- In the meantime, coat the pork fillets in the cheese-egg mixture and fry in the olive oil on both sides for about 2 minutes each.
