1 | Pk | Maggi-Fix for meat juice |
1 | Tbsp | Flour |
2 | Tbsp | Sour cream |
2 | Tbsp | Herbs of your choice |
1 | Shot | Lemon (Juice) |
3 | Tbsp | Oil |
Preparation
- For the pork fillet Vin Blanc, fry the lung fillet in a pan with oil on all sides. Pour in wine and water and stir in Maggi Fix.
- Then roast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Lift the meat out of the pan and keep warm.
- Thicken the juice with some flour and sour cream and season with lemon juice and herbs. Slice the meat and serve with the sauce.
