Pork tenderloin in white wine sauce

Ingredients for 4 portions

500 g Pork loin roast
0.125 l White wine
0.25 l Water
1 Pk Maggi-Fix for meat juice
1 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Sour cream
2 Tbsp Herbs of your choice
1 Shot Lemon (Juice)
3 Tbsp Oil

Preparation

  1. For the pork fillet Vin Blanc, fry the lung fillet in a pan with oil on all sides. Pour in wine and water and stir in Maggi Fix.
  2. Then roast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Lift the meat out of the pan and keep warm.
  3. Thicken the juice with some flour and sour cream and season with lemon juice and herbs. Slice the meat and serve with the sauce.
