Pork strips with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 portions

700 g Schnitzel meat
500 g Mushrooms
1 pc Onion
0.5 pc Green pepper
1 pc Zucchini
4 tbsp Oil
400 ml Clear vegetable brotd
150 ml Whipping cream
1 tsp Mustard
1 tbsp Parsley
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Clean and quarter the mushrooms, peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the zucchini and pepper, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
  2. Cut the meat into strips lengthwise, then crosswise into 1 cm wide pieces. Heat the oil, sear the meat until browned, then remove and keep warm.
  3. Sauté the mushrooms in the remaining oil. Add onion, pepper, and zucchini cubes and sauté. Stir in mustard, pour in broth and cream.
  4. Cook the sauce until creamy, season with salt and pepper. Mix the meat and parsley into the sauce and let it simmer briefly.
