400 | g | Pumpkin (witdout skin, witdout seeds) |

1 | Pinch | Oregano |
4 | Tbsp | Olive Oil |
200 | g | Gouda (block) |
0.25 | tsp | Salt |
2 | Pinch | Paprika Powder |
Preparation
- Cut pork schnitzel into cubes. Mix well with half of the olive oil, a pinch of oregano, thyme, and paprika powder, and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, dice the pumpkin. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem, and dice. Peel and finely chop the onion. Grate the Gouda cheese.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the marinated meat and roast for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Now stir in the pumpkin and tomato cubes, add a little water, and cook for 10 minutes.
- When the liquid has almost evaporated, stir in the creme fraiche, let it simmer again, then stir in 3/4 of the Gouda, melt it, and remove from heat. Serve with a side dish of your choice and sprinkle with the remaining Gouda.
