Preparation
- First cook the potatoes. Peel them when cold and slice them.
- In the meantime, wash and slice the zucchini. Quarter the washed cherry tomatoes, cut the spring onion into rings and add them to the potatoes and zucchini.
- Cut the bacon into small cubes and brown in a pan. Then add to the salad.
- Prepare a dressing with two tablespoons of oil, vinegar, mustard, and season with a pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper. Wash and pat dry the lamb’s lettuce and add it to the salad along with the dressing, mix well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a while.
- Season the pork steaks with salt and pepper and fry on both sides with the remaining oil.
- Serve the steaks with the salad on plates.
