Ingredients for 4 portions

1 | Pinch | Salt |
1 | Pinch | Pepper |
2 | Tbsp | Vegetable oil |
200 | g | Camembert |
4 | Tbsp | Cranberry jam |
Preparation
- For the schnitzel with pear and camembert, quarter and peel the pears, removing the stems and core. Cut the quarters fan-like and drizzle with lemon juice immediately.
- Place the flour on a plate – salt and pepper the schnitzels, then coat them in flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
- Place the schnitzels side by side in a baking dish. Place the pear fans on top of the schnitzels. Cut the camembert into thin slices and spread over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes. Serve the schnitzels garnished with 1 tablespoon of cranberries and parsley each.
