Pork schnitzel with mountain cheese and mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 portions

2 pcs Pork Schnitzel
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 pcs Egg
1 Shot Milk
50 g Bread Crumbs
50 g Oatmeal
2 Tbsp Flour
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 pcs Mushroom
50 g Mountain Cheese

Preparation

  1. Season the schnitzels vigorously with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk an egg and add a splash of milk. Mix the breadcrumbs with the oats. Bread the schnitzels in flour, the egg-milk mixture, and then the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  4. While the meat is frying, grate the cheese and dice the cleaned mushrooms. Then top the schnitzels with the mushrooms and cheese, and bake in the oven for five minutes.
