Pork schnitzel in grandma’s style.

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Pieces Pork cutlet meat
1 Tbsp Mustard (hot)
0.25 Tsp Salt
1 Piece Egg
1 Tbsp Milk
4 Tbsp Flour
9 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
500 ml Pork lard

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg with milk. Pound the meat, spread with mustard and salt. Coat the meat in flour, dip in the egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat the lard in a deep frying pan, add the schnitzel and fry until golden brown on both sides.
