Preparation
- Beat the egg with milk. Pound the meat, spread with mustard and salt. Coat the meat in flour, dip in the egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the lard in a deep frying pan, add the schnitzel and fry until golden brown on both sides.
