Pork schnitzel, house style

Ingredients for 2 portions

4 Schb Schweinsschopfbraten
2 Stk Eier
6 Stk Knoblauchzehen
1 TL Kräutersalz
100 g Semmelbrösel
50 g Mehl
500 g Schweineschmalz

Preparation

  1. Pound the meat and season with salt. Crack the eggs and beat them in a plate. Peel the garlic, press it with a garlic press into the eggs and mix.
  2. First coat the meat with flour, then dip it in the garlic-egg mixture and press the breadcrumbs onto it.
  3. Heat lard in a deep pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
