Pork roast with mustard crust

Ingredients for 4 portions

1 Tbsp Paprika powder
2 Tbsp Herbs (frozen)
4 Tbsp Mustard
3 Tbsp Butter
1 kg Pork roast
2 Tbsp Oil for tde pan
0.5 Tsp Pepper
0.5 Tsp Salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Season the meat with salt and pepper all around.
  2. Mix mustard and paprika powder with the herbs in a bowl. Place the meat in a greased baking dish and spread the top thickly with the mustard paste.
  3. Now put the roast in the oven, after about 15 minutes, spread the butter over the mustard paste and continue roasting until done.
