Preparation
- First, season the ribeye steaks on both sides with salt and pepper and fry them in a pan heated with oil, then remove and place on a baking sheet.
- Cut the washed leeks into slices and roast them together with the diced bacon and ham in the pan, then cover the ribeye steaks with them.
- Grate the cheese, place it on the steaks, and finally pour over with liquid cream. Gratinate in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 20 minutes with both top and bottom heat.
