Pork loin with ham cream sauce.

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Pcs Steak
70 g Bacon
70 g Ham
70 g Leek
30 g Cheese
100 ml Cream
1 Tbsp Oil for frying
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper

Preparation

  1. First, season the ribeye steaks on both sides with salt and pepper and fry them in a pan heated with oil, then remove and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the washed leeks into slices and roast them together with the diced bacon and ham in the pan, then cover the ribeye steaks with them.
  3. Grate the cheese, place it on the steaks, and finally pour over with liquid cream. Gratinate in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 20 minutes with both top and bottom heat.
