Pork loin roast in puff pastry with cheese cream

Ingredients for 4 portions

400 g Pork loin roast
4 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Garlic (freshly pressed)
0.5 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp Lemon juice
150 g Creme Fraiche
100 g Mozzarella
100 g Gouda
4 pinch Salt
1 Pk Puff pastry
100 g Bacon (sliced)

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 tbsp olive oil with garlic, paprika powder, lemon juice, and a little salt. Rub pork loin with this mixture.
  2. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan. Sear the pork loin on all sides until browned, then remove from the pan and let it rest.
  3. Grate mozzarella and gouda. Mix mozzarella, gouda, and crème fraîche well. Roll out the puff pastry and spread it with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap the pork loin with bacon, then roll the puff pastry around it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Slice and serve.
