Pork fillet with pepper sauce

Ingredients for 2 portions

6 pcs Pork fillets
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp White wine
2 Tbsp Crème Fraiche
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped

Preparation

  1. Season the pork fillets with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, fry in oil until half-done, and keep warm.
  2. Deglaze the pan with wine and add crème fraiche, peppercorns, and cook until creamy.
  3. Arrange the pork fillets on plates and pour the pepper sauce over them. Sprinkle with parsley.
