Preparation
- Rinse the pork fillet with cold water, pat dry, and cut into 4 evenly thick slices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the eggs in a bowl, add salt, and beat well. Put the flour on a plate.
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Dredge the meat slices in flour first, then dip in the beaten egg.
- Cook the meat for about 10 minutes on each side. Turn frequently to prevent burning.
