Pork chops with mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 2 portions

4 pcs Pork chop
3 pcs Onion
250 g Mushrooms
5 tbsp Oil
100 ml White wine
100 ml Soup
100 ml Whipping cream
0.5 tsp Marjoram
1 tbsp All-purpose flour
0.5 Bunch Chives
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into strips. Cut the chives into small pieces.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, brown the mushrooms on all sides and transfer to a plate.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.
  4. Brown the onions in the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the meat and deglaze with wine. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, and cook everything uncovered over medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
  5. Add cream and mushrooms, thicken with flour, season with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Serve sprinkled with chives.
