Preparation
- First, finely dice the mushrooms and the onion.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Sauté the onion in butter and add the mushrooms, roasting until all the liquid has evaporated. Season the mushrooms with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Next, mix in the parsley and let the mixture cool. Then mix in the egg yolk and cheese.
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and oregano, and fry on both sides in a little oil (about 3 minutes). Then spread mustard on the pork chops, distribute the mushroom mixture on top, and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Finally, drizzle the pork chops with the pan juices and serve with fried mushrooms.
