Preparation
- Peel the onion and garlic, clean the bell pepper, remove the seeds and dice. Also remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it finely. Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a pot, add the onion and bell pepper, and sauté until translucent over medium heat. Then stir in the paprika powder, garlic, tomato pieces, chili, and tomato paste, season with salt, sugar, and pepper, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, rinse the pork chops with cold water, pat dry, pound slightly, and rub with the spice mixture. Heat the oil in a pan, place the pork chops in, and fry on both sides over high heat for about 5 minutes.
