Preparation
- Season the meat on both sides with the spice. Heat butter in a pan, add the meat and fry for 5 minutes on both sides.
- Place the cheese on top of the meat, cover the pan and let the cheese melt over low heat.
- Remove the meat from the pan, add 2 tablespoons of water to the pan and dissolve the drippings, pour over the meat.
