Pork chop topped with cheese

Ingredients for 2 portions

4 pcs boneless short loin
1 tsp Steak seasoning salt
1 tbsp Butter
6 slices Cheese (according to personal preference)

Preparation

  1. Season the meat on both sides with the spice. Heat butter in a pan, add the meat and fry for 5 minutes on both sides.
  2. Place the cheese on top of the meat, cover the pan and let the cheese melt over low heat.
  3. Remove the meat from the pan, add 2 tablespoons of water to the pan and dissolve the drippings, pour over the meat.
