Preparation
- Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into large pieces.
- Season the ribs well with salt, brown them well in their own fat, then add the water.
- Add the carrots and potatoes and bring everything to a boil.
- Let it simmer for another 40 minutes, then remove from heat and let it sit for 15 minutes.
