Preparation
- Peel and cut the onion into large pieces.
- Wash the bell peppers and also cut them into large pieces.
- Cut the meat into cubes.
- Now place the onion, bell peppers, and meat pieces alternately on the skewers. Then sprinkle with salt and rub well with the grill seasoning.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the skewers on all sides until the meat is cooked through.
