Penne with pork tenderloin

Ingredients for 4 portions

500 g Penne
1 pcs Pork fillet 400 g
3 pcs Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Freshly ground pepper
0.5 tsp Chili flakes
200 g Cocktail tomatoes
4 g Corn kernels

Preparation

  1. Cut pork tenderloin into cubes. Peel and roughly chop garlic. Wash and halve cherry tomatoes. Cook penne according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry garlic and the pork cubes, season with salt and pepper. Then add the cooked penne, cherry tomatoes, and corn kernels, season with chili flakes. Season with more salt and pepper and fry for another 5 minutes on low heat.
