1 | tsp | salt |
1 | pinch | pepper |
0.5 | bunch | tarragon |
Preparation
- Peel and chop the onion. Cut the smoked meat into small cubes, wash, dry, and chop the tarragon. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
- Heat lard in a large pan, add the onion and roast until golden brown, add the smoked meat and roast for 2 minutes. Add the pasta, pepper, stir in the tarragon, and mix well together.
