100 | g | Tortilla Chips |
100 | ml | Oil for frying |
Preparation
- Pound the schnitzel and season with salt. Then coat both sides with flour and dip in beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the schnitzel slowly for 20-30 minutes. Before serving, place Kellys chips on top of the schnitzel and sprinkle with cheese. Allow the cheese to melt slightly, then remove from the pan and serve.
