Preparation
- First, remove the pork chop from the bone, rub both sides well with grill seasoning. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, place the meat and fry, add butter, turn after 2 minutes. Keep pouring butter over the meat. Keep warm in the oven.
- Wash the broccoli well, divide into florets and steam. Then put in a pan, season with garlic salt, add butter and toss the broccoli in the pan. Arrange meat and broccoli on plates.
