250 | ml | Beef brotd for deglazing |
1 | Pinch | Freshly ground pepper |
Preparation
- Lightly pound the meat, season with salt and pepper, dip one side in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides (floured side first). Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm.
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic, roast in the remaining fat until golden brown, add tomato paste, briefly roast, pour in beef broth and simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Place the meat in the sauce and stew until tender, about 15 minutes.
