Preparation
- Peel and finely chop the onion for the mustard goulash. Roast in hot fat, add paprika powder and diced meat, and roast well, stirring frequently. Can be refined with fresh chili and peppercorns.
- Immediately add some broth, stir in mustard, and simmer the meat for at least 1.5 hours until tender.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and cream to avoid lumps, add some goulash juice. Stir until creamy. Then add to the meat and mix.
