1 | Tbsp | Mustard |
1 | Can | Pepper Sauce Concentrate 28g |
1 | Tbsp | Butter |
250 | ml | Water |

2 | Tbsp | Oil |
300 | g | Noodles |
Preparation
- Cook the noodles in a pot of salted water until al dente, then drain in a colander. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion and soak the mushrooms in warm water.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion until golden brown over medium heat. Season the meat with salt, then fry on both sides in butter in a second pan over high heat.
- Add the fried meat to the onion, season with pepper sauce and mustard, add the mushrooms with soaking water and cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes until tender.
- Before serving, remove the meat from the pan, stir in the sour cream, then return the meat to the pan and let it sit for a bit.
