Preparation
- Cut the pork and beef into approximately 2 cm cubes each. Cut the turkey fillets into thin strips.
- Arrange the meat on plates and season with salt and pepper.
- Add oil to the fondue pot and heat it up.
- Thread the meat onto the fondue skewers and cook in the hot oil for a few minutes.
