Marjoram sliced meat

Ingredients for 4 portions

700 g Pork Schnitzel
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Tsp Paprika Powder
3 Tbsp Marjoram
2 Tbsp Flour
250 ml Soup
3 Tbsp Oil for frying
1 Pc Onion (large)
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. First, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces for the marjoram stir-fry. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Sear both in a pan with oil. Dust with flour, roast, and cover with broth until the meat is covered.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, and paprika powder, and let simmer until the meat is tender.
